Lenten Recipe: Crockpot Vegetarian Chili

Crockpot Vegetarian Chili
1 t cider vinegar
2 large yellow onions, diced
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 red pepper, diced
1 green pepper
2 28-oz. cans crushed tomatoes
1 T. cumin
1 t. chipolte pepper
1 T chili powder
1 can black beans
1 can pinto beans
1 small can jalapeƱo peppers or mild green chiles, diced

Put onions and garlic in crockpot, drizzle with cider vinegar.
Add remaining ingredients. Stir
Cook on low about 8 hours.
